Out-of-Town Patients

• Get on I-85 N.
• Head east on N Terminal Pkwy.
• Continue straight to stay on N Terminal Pkwy.
• Keep right at the fork, follow signs for I-85 N/I-20/I-75 N/Atlanta and merge onto I-85 N.
• Follow I-85 N and GA-400 N to Glenridge Connector in Sandy Springs. Take exit 4A from GA-400 N.
• Merge onto I-85 N.
• Keep left to continue on I-75 N/I-85 N.
• Keep left at the fork to continue on I-85 N, follow signs for Interstate 85 N.
• Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 87 for GA-400 N toward Buckhead/Cumming.
• Continue onto GA-400 N.
• Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 4A for Glenridge Connector toward Peachtree Dunwoody Rd.
• Continue on Glenridge Connector. Drive to Brookwoods Trce NE.
• Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Glenridge Connector.
• Turn right onto Johnson Ferry Rd.
• Turn right onto Trimble Rd NE.
• Turn left onto Brookwoods Trce NE.
